I have a 83 626 the the Steering wheel has delaminated. (It twists) My question is there a place to get a replacement cheaply?

An 83 would have no airbag, so there should be no probem getting an aftermarket wheel. There are some nice Grant wheels for under $100.

Alternatively, try mazamart.com for a recycled oem wheel.
