I have a signal light on telling me that I need to add water, I guess, to my radiator. Should I add water or antifreeze to my BMW Z4??? I usually always go to the dealer so I don't know what they do. AND with a BMW is there a SPECIAL kind of antifreeze I MUST use. You know those German cars.

It depends on where you live I guess. Are winters harsh in your region?
