driving with no license in michigan

i was pulled over driving with no license in michigan. i was pulled over for the same thing over one year ago, and received fines and the drivers responsibility fee (ridiculous). Does anyone know the penalties i face for this second charge, or if it will be counted as such? I know i will face fines and more drivers responsibility fees, but i am wondering about jail time.

I'm not from the States but... isn't there a law that minors can't sit in prison?

hey so you can recieve jailtime for driving with out it i have done 15 days in jail for second offense.but dont worry jail aint nothin. the only problem is losing your job and telling your employer.
