Hi All,

I have NJ Driving License, and I got Speeding ticket in NY upstate worth 6 point (in 55 mph zone 78 mph speed).

please suggest me what i should do?,

do i need to plea guilty?

or do i need not to plea guilty ( How i can convince judge it was not intentionally, but for moment of time i was on 78.

Please advise me.

While this a 6 points in NY, it is also transfers as 2 points in NJ. Also, the fine is roughly $200 plus you'll owe a $300 driver assessment fee.
