I don`t know how because I place it in the same place in my car all the time in the event I need to change brakes, rotate tires, or put on the spare tire but I can`t find the key to the locking lug nut. Does anyone know how to get the locking lug nut off or get a replacement some how? Or am I "screwed"?

I worked at a tire shop some time ago and encountered this many times. Grip the locking wheel nut with a pair of vice grips, not around the circunference of the lug not but perpendicular to it. Lock it down tight and turn. There isn`t much torque on these lug nuts due to their design. If the rim gets in the way try a needle nose vice grip, or worse a hammer and chisel. You could call the manufacturer and get a new key if you know the key code. Goodluck A
