what is the penalty for driving without a license for four years?just like the case of my friend.He has little english therefore it is difficult for: him to read driving books.

Hmmm I don't know. Am not from there. But if I look here (in Israel) then I can see that there is no 'set' penalty. Each case gets a different one...

I have just realised this site is about transport eg cars,wheels,laws and regulations on roads.....spent days wondering why did the web called roadstersway!now I know
