I recently got a thrust angle alignment done on a 85 Camry after installation of new tires because the old tires (specially the front tires) were wearing unevenly. I do not understand the alignment angles well but the readings given by the shop do not make sense OR they partial sense. They told me that my car did not require rear wheel adjustments.
Left front actual toe=0.05, Left front before toe=-0.15, Specified range 0.04 to0.12.
Right front actual toe=0.09, Right front before toe=-0.21, Specified range 0.04 to 0.12.
Front total toe actual=0.15, Front total toe before=-0.36, Specified Range 0.08 to 0.24.
Is there any book which explains the mechanics of alignment in an easy to understand fashion.
